Are you experiencing pain, stiffness, and swelling in or around your joints? Do you find this pain is affecting your mobility?

There are two forms of arthritis: osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Bunions
Do you have trouble finding well-fitting footwear? Is your big toe rubbing against your other toes causing excess pressure and pain? Do you have a round gumball-shaped bone developing at the base of your big toe?
Many believe that bunions, also known as hallux valgus, are genetic but they are not! What does get inherited is your foot type, footwear habits, injuries, or health conditions that can be present in the foot. Although you can't change your foot type, you can take preventable steps to stop a bunion from forming.
